I am just curious. What is the worst rush hour experience you have had and which city were you in?
I’ve been driving for the same company for 7 months (first CDL job ever). I have driven out West and am currently a local driver in the Atlanta area. I think Atlanta is the worst.
Worst city?

LA, DC, NY, CH, Dal, and the one you're in at 0700 and or 1700. ATL does suck, btw. Wink.
RustyChops41 and zany_steverino Thank this. -
Atlanta is easy compared to LA

Worst rush hour for me is Minneapolis. I'll take Chicago over Minneapolis any day. At least dead stops on the I90 and I294 are fairly uncommon. Granted, I've heard the I90 going downtown is hell outside of 3am, but I never have any need to go that way.

Been through Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Columbus.
Out of those 3 Pittsburgh is the worst especially if you're dealing with the 28, 279, 376 interchange.Trucker61016, Bob Dobalina, DTP and 3 others Thank this. -
LA hands down... Matter of fact all of Southern Cali.

NASHVILLE!
End of discussion. Only city in the country that to stay on the same interstate through town you have to make three lane changes. No good loop around (although 840 is a great east west work around), and every homky tink wannabe in a busted Vega looking to make it big.Metallica88, Gonzo93, PacoTaco and 4 others Thank this. -
