I've been looking for a Bob Ross piece to buy off and on for a while, haven't had any luck.

I have seen one or two on eBay but I would rather buy from a reputable dealer just because of the cost. That would suck to get burned on a $5000 painting to find out it's a fake.

i thought one of his sons had a gallery where the paintings were sold.

all i can come up with (like maybe you have), is his website for buying supplies, and going to events.

As much as I hate trucks like this myself , don't be judge , and you won't be judged. Maybe that poor guy have trouble with money, maybe he just few hours away from terminal, maybe he couldn't find part to replace alternator or a started . Yes those psssst, is suck but it's not like it's happening every night. You will sleep next night better, I guarantee it:)!

i had a truck at least once, where the starter did not work, and i was several days away from a terminal. the company would NOT pay for work like a starter (or alt, a/c) to be done on the road.

so i was told to let it idle, never shut it down.

so there's yet another reason why the truck was idling.

Perhaps it isn’t your place to “get it”.

I don’t care how a driver gets his sleep, as long as that driver gets his sleep. If idling his truck is what it takes to do that, then I’ll gladly take the roads being that much safer.

I had a truck parked next to me that sounded like it was idling at cruise rpm and it stayed there all #### night but the new Cascadia's have outstanding sound dampening so steady noises are not too bad. But that #### air dryer every 10 seconds was just loud enough for me to hear it over the APU and was making the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

Steady sounds, of any volume, don't bother me. But a reefer kicking on and off all night long makes me want to go push that shutoff button at about 2am.

It would when you take away the minimum of 10 volts from the brain.

We executed a emergency battery disconnect on a friends mercury when it caught fire inside the engine bay. The airconditoner compressor side freon blew putting out the fire before the clamp was off the post. The problem was electrical.
