Hi I asked this in the OO thread, but would like to ask brokers as well...

Would you use a service that allowed you to send an invoice for a freight load right from your web browser? (the website would send customer the invoice by email or fax)

When your customer receives the invoice they see a link to where they can pay. That link sends them to a webpage where they can pay for the load via either Credit Card or direct bank transfer. You would then receive this payment next day for CC and 3-4days later for bank transfer.

    The process flow would go:

You create bill invoice online -> email auto sent to customer -> customer pays you on the website -> you recieve money & can track invoices & payments on the website.

Additionally, how much would you pay (monthly) for such a service. (this is in addition to fees for processing credit card)

How does this process currently work for you guys?

    Any questions/concerns/feedback are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Quickbooks online does all of that already. Emails invoices allows paying by transfers or credit cards. However, most brokers pay by check. At least the ones I have worked with thus far.
