Wrongful Termination - Need advice from Experienced Truckers

I'd just try to let it slide and find a new job. It's just not worth the stress of fighting something like that.

Who cares just chalk it up to good riddance of that company and find one that has your back. Maybe a smaller company. Going to court is pointless unless your just looking for a free pay day or something.

 

A company like TCW, try to visit the terminal and apply in person. May have a better chance that way.

I'm sure there's more to the story but it's not really important at this point. Go to a driver leasing company or something similar. The Charlotte region is loaded with them. Standards are low and jobs are mostly crap - ruined companies rely on driver labor pools to supply fresh meat for a reason.
