Wyoming Closing Certain Rest Areas

Texas closed a bunch of em in the last few years. Ones that had been there for decades. Made me sad as I have fond memories of stopping at rest areas when I was a kid.
Part of the problem was A hole people using em for a trash dump.

 

That was Tx Excuse too. But they can Waste plenty of money On other stuff

 

So where is all the fuel tax and heavy use tax money going in such a desolate state?

 

Now Wyoming can make up the budget shortfalls by writing tickets to truckers for illegal parking.

 

just pee and crap on the grass like the cattle

 

Considering how bad the weather in Wyoming is, the last thing they should be doing is closing rest areas. I guess the state would rather clean up rollovers than provide parking.
