Does anyone have any experience with Xpo as a City Driver? Just trying to get some opinions about it.

I don't think we have any xpo drivers in here or at least they don't post on this forum.
There is another forum called truckingboards.com mostly dedicated to ltl carriers and xpo have it's own sub forum there so I'm sure you can get an answer to your question a lot more quicker there. Good luckTexas_hwy_287, BigDog Trucker and jlawson1979 Thank this. -
XPO does have cameras in their trucks.

I worked there when it was Conway freight. Be prepared to do alot of dock work until you get your own run.

I work for Cooper, but we have a driver who worked for Conway and then Xpo and he liked it - he was a dispatcher/freight coordinator. Now P&D.
He simply told me he left as his location lacked teamwork in regards to loading trailers in the morning and he felt the majority of the work was being thrown on him.
Though that may probably exclusive to his terminal. He also claims "they have it easy" as it less stops compared to us.Texas_hwy_287 and jlawson1979 Thank this. -

Do you have prior LTL experience?. I applied for a City Driver job at XPO and was turned down because I only had OTR experience. I thought 2.5 years and over 350K miles under my belt would open doors, but not the case at XPO.
highwayMike and jlawson1979 Thank this.
