Hey y’all, I just had an interview and road test with XPO today, and I feel like everything went well. I even asked if I passed the drive test, and the interviewer said yes.
For those who have gone through the hiring process, how long did it take before you heard back about whether you got the job or what the next steps were?
I currently have two other job offers, but XPO is definitely the highest-paying option at $37/hr compared to $29/hr, so I’m hoping to make a decision soon.
