As far as runs starting out and for a long time it's going to suck. You'll work a lot of Saturdays .You'll be on the dock everyday even if you drive a little. You'll also be in the yard spotting a lot . The good news is XPO hasn't figured out why everyone is leaving. They think it's the money so they keep paying more. You will be making tons of money. When I left I was getting 7 weeks vacation. I went to Walmart and I'm not home everyday but get more time off than I did with 7 weeks vacation at XPO and the money is simular.
