Hardly a day goes by I don't see grammatical errors and spelling mistakes in news articles from major news outlets. Kind of sad.

Speaking of grammar and spelling, go over to the ‘post flatbed load pics here v2.0. Then click on the Edison truck link. I’m a truck driver and I can spell and write better than any 1 of their pages. Pathetic

A man walking on foot was struck and killed by the vehicle he had just parked in the right lane of northbound Interstate 15.

The crash occured around 2:30 p.m. near Scipio.

According to UHP Sgt. Cameron Roden, the driver of a Cadillac Escalade that had been reported stolen stopped in the lane "for no apparent reason," and got out of the car. A short time later, a semi-truck struck the rear of the Escalade, sending it "spinning off the roadway," where it struck and killed the driver.

The driver of the Escalade is believed to have been the lone occupant of the SUV, police said. The driver of the semi-truck was wearing a seatbelt and not injured.

The UHP said they are investigating whether the SUV driver, whose name has not been released, was impaired at the time of the incident.
