You guys will be getting a new truck stop between Kingman, Arizona, and Las Vegas.

It is needed. the problem is, in those rural desert areas truck parking isn't hard to come by, the real problem is, we're losing alot of parking in urban areas where all the shippers are.

 

So the RR is going to expand . Hopefully they will level the parking lot. There are only a few spots that are level,( lot built on side of hill ) So depending how late you get there, your head may be lower than your feet.

Been parking here for years and taking advantage of the truckers discounts.

I never could sleep with my head lower than my feet. To solve that problem, i have a piece of 3/8 " plywood than fits the trough my mattress sits in. If they parking spot is that unlevel, i can raise up the head end and put books, cans, whatever under it to make it level.

 

I just sleep backwards when that happens

 

I've seen a couple others going up the past 2 weeks. New Pilot going up at the 277 in Santa Rosa, NM and a Love's going up in Springfield, OH

drove by it a couple of weeks ago, and like other pfj's, the lot was full at 3pm.

 

Vegas is also getting a hockey team in 2017/18... if anybody cared to know...
