Your fair honest opinion

Here’s the thing, you’re not drifting super bad but you keep drifting over and over that’s very indicative of someone looking at something other than the road. Also, your situational awareness must’ve been nonexistent, a.k.a. distracted because typically you’re gonna notice a trooper behind you or coming up beside you. What they do a lot of times they’ll come up beside you and just kind of hang out a little bit behind you and they’ll watch you in your mirror. If they see you looking the other direction over and over or looking down at something at the same time, you’re floating all over the lane, They know what you’re doing. You’re looking at your phone. If you’re focused on the road and you’re checking your mirrors Like you’re supposed to regularly, you would’ve noticed him there. And you would not have been floating around in the lane in over the line to the right like that. That’s my honest opinion you asked for.

 

That's what they always say when they're making up some BS excuse to pull you over. It's like they forget they don't actually need a reason to pull a truck over. They can pull you over for any reason unlike a car. I had a ND dude do that with me back in December. It's like...if you want pull me over to check my paperwork, just say you pulled me over to check my paperwork. No need to make up some nonsense about how I was driving when we both know I was driving fine.

 

I'd say the trooper just wanted to check you out and used a false pretext to do so, thus the reason you never received an actual ticket. A judge would likely throw out the ticket even if you did receive one, in my brilliant legal opinion.

 

So now am a bit courious as to what was going on ?
