A 379 with a little wider cab so I don't have to turn sideways to get into the bunk. Give it a 500+ hp motor that will burn hardly any fuel while grossing 95+. A 70 inch bunk that is well insulated for the winters with a liftable pusher axle and an apu.

Well, Outlaw Customs/Western Trucks in Henderson CO has the 02 379, what's it called - the flat black one that won People's choice at GATS - Vigilante? I think, is for sale for $102,000 and Dead Man's Hand that won GATS in 07 and 08 is on sale for a mere $175,000.

The Godfather built by 4 States/Chrome Shop Mafia sold for $175,000 recently.

I hear ya, I have a nice 379 but the cab is so small and the 63 inch bunk is the smallest thing going these days. I do remember when it was the biggest thing going....... but that was many moons ago! Today I really really really want a Western Star Lowmax with the 82 inch Stratosphere sleeper. Lookin' for one daily, but I'm concerned that Freightliner may drop the Star line like they just dropped Sterling. I might end up going the practical route and buying a nice low mile 387 Pete and doing it up. They are roomier, turn better, are lighter and get better fuel mileage, not to mention easier to back into a tight spot! Storage is lousy but I can modify that and it's tough to beat PACAR quality. What the dealers are offering me for my trade is ridiculous!
