High miles already, get the oil analyzed and find a good mechanic to look it over, in them flood prone areas look out for ones that have been cleaned up after being submerged.

We just got 3 of those freight liners, same year but with Detroit dd15 engines. We use them for local flatbed and tanker runs. Ours had 220,000-260,000 miles. They are pretty typical freight liners, a few minor issues so far, coolant leaks, one had DEF sending unit fail, power steering leaks, one had to have the master and slave cylinder replaced on the hydraulic clutch last week. So far, nothing major, we do abuse these trucks though, heavy loads and we run 75 mph.
