It’s not the first time this particular company has been reported here.Have they paid up there EZPASS bill yet?

 

I've been seeing more of their trucks on the road. They do have killer equipment......how'd you find out their EZ Pass bill was unpaid?

 

Last time I was on the Indiana Toll Road one of their Volvos tried to go thru the EZPASS at the Portage toll booth.
Needless to say, he didn’t get through! He created one hell of a back up as other truck drivers had to go around him and use other EZPASS lanes!!lol Some of their former drivers also mentioned that the company tries to deduct for every little thing!
Stay away from Z transportation...!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Well, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because some times the EZ Pass doesn't work in Indiana. It happened to me a couple of times and I've had to talk to the people at the toll authority. They had to manually put in the number on the EZ Pass to get it to work

 

I wouldn’t,given their 1099 history. Not to mention the owner of the company has also had personal property repo’d ,which suggests the company might be on shaky ground!

 

He/she must have a killer line of credit or a powerful cash flow backing him/her. For them to have all this new brand new, good equipment, and they are a decent sized outfit, they're doing something right. I cant say too much on it because I've never talked to one of their drivers personally. I'll take your word tho.

I think I remember seeing their trucks on occasion when I lived over in that area. You said the two magic words that would have me heading for the exit: 1099 and Russian.

My old boss who runs a small port hauling outfit over there said they were starting to hassle him even about paying his 2 or 3 owner operators on a 1099 that were leased on to him, so I think they might finally be starting to crack down on that stuff.
