We would like to address this statement, as it contains several claims that are not true and can easily be disproven.

1. Our company has always maintained active insurance.
We can provide documentation showing continuous coverage without any lapse. At no point have we operated without required insurance.

2. All drivers can confirm that insurance deductions are paid correctly.
We are fully transparent with our drivers and have references from multiple current and former drivers who can verify that all payments are handled properly and that no one has ever been charged for insurance that wasn’t active.

3. We do not hire “illegal drivers” or run “illegal loads.”
Zajecar LLC follows FMCSA regulations and runs only compliant, legal operations. Any claims of illegal activity are false and not supported by facts.

4. We are a family-owned company with a good reputation.
We take pride in being honest, reliable, and supportive of the drivers who work with us. Anyone interested in working with us is welcome to contact us directly, and we will gladly provide documents and references to verify our professionalism.

Information on Safer. 300,000 miles in 2024.. With Zero power units, One non-CMV units and One driver.
That SOB must never stop.

 

We have the actual amount of trucks on our COI, until last year there was no option to list a sprinter van on FMCSA. After that they added the section Non-CMV.

Our safety girl is working on it as we speak to correct the amount of drivers and units in the database.
