Zillow selling homes below cost.

Why does Vegas always make the shady Real Estate deal , you think they would have learned over the last dozen BKs.

 

i got that certain feeling that many new home buyers, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, (close to a million at times) during this panic buying craze, will be underwater in short time.

many homes in my area alone, went well above the $800,000 point. glad i did not sell mine, cuz then i''d have to pay that much (or more), and be underwater in a very few short years from now.

sucks to be them.

 

I wondered why they paused buying a month or so ago. They blamed it on lack on contractors at the time.

 

And it’s a simple thing like this that can trigger a crash. I’m not saying that’s going to happen. Just sayin
