We had one here once upon a time that @x1Heavy likely remembers, Bethlehem Steel, and it contained its own town where the workers could live.

Reminds me of the South Side LA (Los Angeles United States, Skid Row Street) Market foe Produce. I used to let the big tall roustabouts to do what they must do to physically pull off people I did not physically hire prior to the entry gate wall. Every night always a near riot.

That is one mill I know almost as well as I know my wife figure of speech. Sparrows Point is the physical Location and I'll have to go back over my railroad records to sort out the place. Beth Steel is out of Bethlehem PA However coal operations are out of the Champion one, nine and ten mine among others, a head spinning amount of everything else, particularly Limestone (Bettenger PA US 30 Quarry more or less via the daily evening stone train. Its a freight drag thats regular as clockwork, if they happened to be three minutes late.. there is going to be hell to pay because tonight's campaign (Presudo-Military plan of battle by Bosses and Workers vs the tall towering furnaces and super Blast redoubts that are essentially pure oxygen believe it or not...) depends on that train being arrived on time the dot.

You are going to find about 30 to 60 days coal, crominum, iron ore that has probably been concentrated, Limestone and simply a God's Mudroom next to the Golden Gates a BIG BIG BIIIG storehouse of everything needed tomake whatever steel. Anything from armor steel down to the itsy bity stuff without which dentists cannot clean ou rteeth. Remember those? There either racked materias with heat cooling down, stored materials either Silo, warehouse,

And more trains, ships, trucking and airplanes.

    Always more. Never enough.

This is one Edit that is a bridge too far even for me. The scale of steel making is a education of itself to thsoe engaged in it.
