The traffic lights cameras I guess flashing on me at the intersection the traffic was going slow and me was going around 25mph the thing mess up my view was semi truck front of me almost covered the light ones I got little bit before the line I saw the light was orange then changed to red and it was confusing at that time so may 2 or 3 feet before made the difference maan
First time with me happened like this.
So from your experience you think I have chance to skip this . I'm just worry fine and record issue .

The gist of your question is understandable. You were following too close to the truck. So you couldn't see the traffic light. That's what they'll say. Sure you can always try and fight it

That's happened to me a dozen times or more.

I got two of those the same day at the same intersection and never heard anything.
People that review those photos take into consideration why the truck didn't make it through the intersection. That's about the only situation where truckers get a fair break. -

I do know that there are a lot of those photo enforcement cameras that are no longer being used to issue citations. These cameras operate on the assumption that the vehicle owner is the driver and any penalties based on this "evidence" are a direct violation of the sixth amendment's confrontation clause.
