Jones Performance Hoods

Is Jones still building, “A” model style hoods for a W9L flat glass? I thought they did but there’s nothing with the round style headlights, on their or 4-States website.

 

Jones customer service is open Mon - Fri, give them or 4 states a call they will check for you.
4 states also has another source that looks and fits good so check with them.

 

I wish they would make A model headlight hoods for a W9B...

 

What about the reverse? Square headlights in an "A" hood?

 

I knew south of the border, they were using up old inventory back in the 80’s.

 

Think I'll pass on the Kenmex, talk about a light up truck from the factory though lollipops on the top and bottom of the mirrors!

 

Yes. Just over $3600. They aren't under the regular kenworth hoods... look under truck rodz on the Jones website.

Those Aussie trucks seem to sit up much higher than our trucks.

 

I think they sit up higher because of the larger cooling system under the hood.

Large radiator etc. Otherwise the hood would be longer for a thicker rad.

A taller radiator would be easier to clean than a thick one.
