40 years ago I was stopped by the German Autobahn Cops, I had three yellow lights in the middle of the roof (as every truck has here) and 6 red tail lights on the trailer.
This was my first ticket with a truck, I was fined because that was not permitted.
The reason for the fine: 4 wheelers could be distracted due to the lights. I asked the cop if any driver would think there's a locomotive driving on the Autobahn, I should have better shut up ;)
They told this driver the same reason, other drivers would be distracted!
I think the Autobahn Cops are still as bad as 40 years ago

I'm not sure, how many lights you can have on a truck nowadays in Germany, but not many legally.
When I was in Germany last November, most of the German trucks had only a few lights, trucks from other countries much more. Germany always had too many restrictions, I hated that. Many years ago you couldn't have side marker lights, they were not allowed. Meanwhile it's mandatory to have them on a truck.

My federal background check cleared and picked up my gun today...personally I think Mr gardener was railroaded by a black prosecuter to appease the black community and out of fear of another riot here .
