Yes pretty much. This happen back in March. We are a huge company that delivers to grocery stores. We are busiest right now with the covid and holidays. They been paying 3rd party 5x as much as they pay a company driver.
Just because it's a truck route, doesn't mean it's legal to run a 13'6" trailer down the road. No matter what you wish to believe, you were not on a legal truck route for the truck you were driving.
If you leave Sygma, are you going to remain in food service with another company or try some other type of trucking? Car hauling pays well and usually as good or better than food service.
So your level breaks while driving down the road and you hit a bridge you always cleared its your fault then right?
so, from March till now...?? and you wanna do something.>?? i'd say you're not going to get very far. then time to act was WHEN it happened, not 11 months later. you say you got funding for a lawsuit and to live on? then quit, and look for another job, and be done with it.
