Weight is not my problem at all... I have always been very skinny... it's a gene thing... But I used to carry very heavy stuff on my shoulders most of my life and that screw up with my body.. can't carry heavy stuff anymore... :biggrin_25512: heck, 100lbs tarp may be as heavy as I am... :biggrin_25523:

I wish I could stay skinny. It takes me a ton of discipline to stay trim. Mainly diet. Somebody brings in a box of donuts at work its not easy to resist.

    Here's a super rare configuration:

Nobody uses twin steers for logging anymore (not many ever did in the first place). Even dog legs and jeeps have more or less disappeared from the industry.

Uh oh....that's how it starts....with the cat posters. It's all downhill from there.

Sugar is very addictive to most people...
I am glad I am not fond of sugar... haven't had any white sugar since 1980... no sodas, no nothing that has white sugar in it...
Sometimes I use honey... but I like bitter teas and anything bitter is fine with me... :p

Hey, however you want to justify it.
    I'm not here to judge.

For the most part I do pretty good. My weight has been creeping up but my waistline hasn't changed so I think I'm doing ok lol.

I drink water almost exclusively now (minus morning coffee and the odd beer now and then). Salad, fruit and vegetables for lunch etc.

My downfall was fast food. I survived off that stuff from the time I was 17 until my mid 20s. Might get a burger once every month or so now.
