A place that has fuel, coffee, parking, and most importantly.......Fuel Island Lasagne!!!!!

 

Believe me they were a little taken when I asked if source of entrée was a valid reason.

 

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that they turn out edible... I'd hate to waste good sirloins.

 

Not over cooking is the key imo. I've gotten good at judging temp and how long to coincide with the temperature of the steak ( like right out of the fridge, or been sitting awhile so it's ready room temp )

 

Waiting to find out the fire was too hot and the aluminum top melted. (I realize it isnt going to happen)

 

45 mins in and the first flip is complete... I can see that I Definetally have hot and cool spots.
