Why would you consider working for a company that would screw you?

 

Because can't find any work with any other company. Challenger, bison, etc tried em all. Got hired with smaller companies and they prioritized their senior drivers with dedicated runs and sent me out once every 2 weeks. So left with no choice but to get on board with this one

Use your head and do anything else. Work at McDonald's if you have to. STOP TAKING THESE STUPID DEALS JUST TO GET A DRIVING JOB. People like you keep grabbing your ankles for bottom feeding companies like highlight is why this industry is in the ####ter.

 

If you have nothing nice to say then don't say it. And People like you is the reason people have forgotten to be kind to one another now a day. We come here to seek for guidance learn from the experienced ones in the industry there shouldn't be any room for BS like you.

If I remember your story correctly, you went to some cheap back ally driving school that basicly no company wants to touch you. So now after throwing away how ever much you paid to get your license you're looking to take it in the ### again to work for a bottom feeding company that is more then willing to screw you from day one. Also Highlight has had some really bad accidents with their untrained rookie drivers that don't know how to say no, I don't feel comfortable in these conditions or my supposed trainer is in the bunk while I'm driving in a snow storm.
So take my advice or don't my original statement stands.
