2012 Volvo vnl670 D13, no throttle response.

    No throttle response 2012 volvo d13 driving along i lose throttle response.i shut down it starts back up .can anybody help?
    No one seems to know what it is.

    I would first ask to you what transmission is on the truck, if it is i shift most likely something going on from either trans or clutch system if it is not auto than it gets to be very complicated, also if you have ability to send me codes on truck.
