    At the 1:14 mark of the video, he's proud to be making ice cream. NO hands on the wheel, while the truck is in motion....in traffic.

    Hope he never has an accident, and a lawyer gets this video.

    I thought he was stopped on the highway rubbernecking, I couldn't tell if he was moving or not... either way he's a dolt.

    You are correct, the passing cars make it seem like he was moving. My bad...

    But he is the poster child for Rubber Neckers Anonymous for sure. Pulling over to shoot the video...as if there weren't enough problems already.
