Lol... Many dont like him or his work...I think he is a wicket source of good info on his vids still some what criptic at time but im a fan of his work..
Yep he appears to be good at what he does but his boasting and Soup Nazi-like style of customer service turn me off. Hell will freeze over before I beg a merchant to do business with me
I have always been a fan of his audio when I have heard him in DX land. His attitude on his videos and FB page are what turns me off. His pricing I think is a bit high for what you are getting.
Craig did you ever have to spray your volume control connector on your 955 as per his video? I find myself repeating the procedure about once a year. I have a 655

I agree. I find it interesting that he tells people who aren't his customers (would be customers) not to bother him. That's the opposite way of running a normal business. I haven't decided if he crazy or if he's a marketing genius. Plus he mentions, he has no time for people who may have a question about his service before they spend a lot if money with him. It seems he has a lot of time to make videos but not be customer friendly. Maybe it's me, but I just find it all kind of strange.
I don't like how he calls out and attacks other tech's and shop's... Now if he is just defending himself that's a different story. Doesn't matter I have no intentions of ever doing business with him anyway.
