Hello guys just need a help
My truck engine oil is mixed with coolent.
It just started to happen from last 4 days..
There is also a little leak from separator oil.
Mechanic told me the liner is cracked and it is from one cylinder. My truck has over 550 miles on it. My only concern is should I get replaced all cylinders or not. Just worried same problem might come again in future with other cylinder.

Yup replace all liners while it’s apart so they don’t have to do it again

You replace all cylinders. If you have the money, do a complete overhaul while its apart.

Thanks for your suggestions. It is DD16 engine, and is under warranty till the end of this year. When they fixed my truck for the first time, they changed third cylinder,oil-separator and head gasket. I picked up my truck from shop and went to work, experienced same issue again and had to drop my truck at the shop same day. Then they changed EGR cooler amd said it’s fixed. I picked up truck and same day I had same issue! In addition to existing problem, oil pressure dropped drastically and I had to get my truck towed. Now they are saying that it’s 5th cylinder which is cracked, and have suggested me to get rest changed on my own expense (they said they only cover cracked ones under warranty). My question now is that shouldn’t they be changing all cylinders under warranty since I am experiencing this issue again and again? Or, is it possible there’s some other issue but mechanic is not able to diagnose it?

They don't want to pay for the work to be done correctly.
The parts that failed previously under warranty had damaged other components.
Coolant in the oil will kill your bearings and lead to a slot machine motor.
