is that because of the cab width?

Double eagle was a custom sleeper manufacturer that is no longer in business. There are several manufacturers of after market sleepers with ARI being the biggest. If you look at my profile pic you will see an ARI. It's 156" long and is basically an RV with all the amenities.

Both the width of the cab and sleeper add a lot of square footage to the interior. Once freightliner dropped the classic with the 84 it became the largest for square footage

All the plastic parts inside we’re kind of pop riveted to the metal skeleton/frame. So I just either drilled out the pop rivets are ground them off pulled everything out and then just spray foamed everything. I don’t have any pictures of me doing it, but I do have a video of what it looks like after surviving 19 years on the road. I don’t know how to upload the video onto the site.

I envy you guys. I am retired now but I ran Midwest to west coast for 35 years and biggest bunk I ever had was a 40 inch.
