    Do I need a Tanker endorsment?
    And starting out a tanker is good?

    Yes, you''ll need a tanker endorsement.

    But....don't sweat it. They will help you get all that stuff.

    No, starting out in tankers is not good.

    Starting out in tankers is GRRRREAAATTT!!! :D:cool:

    Beginning in the CDL world hauling liquids may seem intimidating...to some...at first.

    But these people will teach you what you need to know.

    And will pay you while you learn.

    Pretty cool stuff, indeed.

    Later on......after you get some real experience.....if you want, you can "pivot".....to higher paying, hazmat tanker jobs.

    But milk hauling is a great way to enter the tanker world--especially if you get paid while you're learning!

    Do you have any military experience? If so, there are more options than regular guys coming in off the street.

    If not, Western Dairy transport hires out of El Paso. @Chinatown can give you info on their training program.
