The only picture on their website is an ex Schneider day cab and a Schneider rail container. Schneider is always trying to dump equipment in the Los Angeles area and probably deals with this company a lot. For everyone that declines to sign the contract there’s a sucker willing to pay $50,000 in interest and fees.

 

I talked with a driver at the Petro counter not too long ago, and he said he was making $20k a week to the truck running approximately 150 miles per day.

Then he gave me a lease agent's card and said to make sure I called soon. I'm gonna. He seemed pretty honest.

 

This country used to have real slaves. Comparing your situation to theirs is an absolute insult to their legacy.

$20k is too much, you income tax bill is going to be very high. are you sure you want to pay that much to the gobermint.

 

That's a good point. You make even a dollar into the next bracket and they crank up all your taxes to that new higher rate!

 

Yeah, that may be true.....But can I try it for 6 months?

 

Considering that a 550,000 dollar house is financed over 30 years, at a much lower interest rate, that's not hard to do.

 

Yet everyone is crying about AB5 when these kinds of contracts are supposed to be what they're fighting against.

 

The thing about AB5 is that end result is worse than the initial problem. The problem they were fighting is something THEY created in the first place.
