Is the terminal in Knoxville a good one to run out of? What are the normal linehaul hours and do you get 2 days off or just a 34 restart. Are most runs meet and turn or to a terminal. Are you required to work the doc. What are the benefits like. Thanks for any info.
newish terminal. start times are bid based. not sure down there being central time specifically first and last out. 2 full days off plus. meaning 60 hrs or more off. monday night to sat morning work week. not sure on numbers regarding how many are meets vs term to term. dock is possible to kick freight at a dark terminal.would be freight volume driven. volunteer for weekend work either day if you have hrs or plans during the week. ins is decent enough. high deductible hsa with company contribution or ppo. profit sharing twice a yr after minimum 3 full yrs with company. see it in yr 4. annual raise in may. if you can get in , do it. solid company run well. I'm here til they force me to gove the keys back.
