Tripac apu alt code no start

    11.8 is ok if its actually energizing,is the solenoid on starter clicking or anything?
    Did you try jumping the starter,?

    nothing is happening when it tries to activate the starter... how do i jump the starter?

    Remove the thin wire that goes on the solenoid then put a jumper wire from positive to the solenoid where you remove the wire.Be careful when you do this that your hand isn't on a belt or something because if it cranks you be in trouble.

    I had a 2014 TK Evo and next to zero issues with it and had moved it to 3 different trucks

    Had a red light that turned out to be a ground
    If I remember correctly I think it might have been a braided flat band???? That ran behind the motor itself from the top to the bottom somewhere
    Not sure on that but a ground wire fixed my only real issue in the 7 or so years I ran it
    I think it looked good on each end but there was a break within the wire itself

    If that's the only problem you ever had with a tripac consider yourself blessed.

    I think an alternator maybe the first year??
    Thought I had a bad fuel pump a couple years ago so I bought one. Never put it on
    I think it was just gas or filter issue but it fixed itself
    Other than that just regular oil changes
