    Are you paid while in school?
    How long before you get the CDL or do you have it now.

    @Eric4Yeshua1337 --

    "The race goes not always to the swift, or to the strong--but to those who keep running"

    Hang in there, baby! (as they say)

    You have your CDL--so, while you're waiting for your BP meds to do their thing, make good use of your time.

    Now is a good time to work on getting ALL those endorsements (tanker, hazmat, & doubles/triples)....if you are not already doing so (& if you don't already have them).

    Those endorsements are money-makers, and door-openers.

    $$$$$$$$$$.....

    Fedex Freight pays for ours, but we go to Concentra. We have 2 locations in town one is 5 minutes away from work the other is 15-20 minutes away. We are specifically told not to go to the one close to work. The doctor there is a huge pain to deal with. Even going to the one across town my bp is significantly higher than when i see my regular doctor.

    Personally I'd rather just see my regular doctor. Im a lot more relaxed their. With my insurance the cost would be pretty low.

    I have tankers, doubles/triples, and hazmat. My last BP is 128/84!!! I decided to go keto. It’s done a lot for me so far. I’m gonna make sure it is consistent for a week before I go do the DOT physical. Money is tight that is why I am asking if companies normally pay for physicals. Yellow laid me off already go figure but at least they paid for my CDL training.

    Chinatown and tscottme Thank this.
