    Thomas Shank report our company to carrier report for a load we booked but could not load due to issues with the previous load. The driver was loaded incorrectly and had to return to the shipper to get the load fixed. The driver didn't finish loading until late Thursday night so he was late for his delivery. We had updated Thomas at all times, we even sent emails from our conversations to the broker from the previous load. Unfortunately the person who was receiving the product had a family emergency and they delayed the delivery until the following Monday, your load was supposed to be picked up on Friday. This report is still giving us issues. This report is incorrect. We were in communication with Mr. Shanks by email, which are hereto attached. Things do happen which are out of control and this instance was one of them.
    Adding this other report with freightguard, makes it even harder to obtain loads. Really unprofesional they never answer us

    So what you are saying is he filed a report about your company that you booked a load but failed to pick up which you admitted happened. The reason it happened doesnt matter. You are complaining about them filing the report when the incident did happen. Now you are putting something negative out there about them. Kinda hypocritical of you aint it....if it is bad for them to do it you now look even worse than they do by whining about it and doing the same thing

    Did the broker even listen or pay attention to what y'all had going on? I think you got a load from hell.

    Well, perhaps the infantile company name could be a clue?

    HA! I thought the same thing. Did the guy let his 4 year old pick the name for his company?

    Mentally this is just where we are as an industry.. the fact that the name also appeals to some "drivers" also is an indicator of where we are as an industry. Goofy infantile names are usually a good first indicator to move on and not even consider the company for any interaction.. let alone employment.

    Probably got the idea from the song Giddy up go;
    "Giddyup Go" is a country music song made famous by Red Sovine. Released in 1965, the song was the title track to Sovine's album released that same year.
