I was hoping you'd chime in so he can get accurate information about Swift.

    I was told,

    Dry .43 @ start, .46 @ 3 months, .50 @ 6 months
    Refer .45 @ start, .48 @ 3 months, and I forgot what it was for 6 months.

with a .4 CPM bonus for hitting mileage, fuel idle, productivity and safety goals.

3% 401k matching and $100 per paycheck for tuition reimbursement.

I don’t think that’s bad, for a new driver. However, I’d definitely look at Marten. They have nicer equipment, with all air ride trailers. An air ride trailer makes ALL the difference in the world. Think about this: every single mile you drive will be a better experience, when the trailer is not beating the crap out of you from behind. Also, I’d search the Stevens threads. They have nice equipment, too.

Unfortunately they weren't hiring new drivers in my area. Where I'm at they needed 6 mo experience.

Marten. Last time I looked Stevens was a lot lower CPM than other companies so I never applied. I guess I'll apply with them too. National Carriers refer is hiring at .46 CPM loaded and unloaded but I cant get in until Jan 30.
