    How's everyone been?
Not much new here other than some new freight in a lane I used to avoid, omaha to the Carolinas and back .
Rates holding steady and still busy .
Shop manager and I kissed and made up .
I've said this before and I'll say it again having been thru 2 downturns here and 2 upturns.
In upturns Morehouse doesent hose our customers with only modest rate increases and that's why we are still busy on good rates with more freight than trucks on dedicated customers.
I know I shopped around a bit last year but glad I got my head out of my ### and stayed put .
Yesterday I ran into @runningman0661 in north Carolina and if you ever get to converse with him don't pass it up ! ..very knowledgeable man and a pleasure to talk to.
He also reinforced my decision to stay put and probably finish my career here .

Pleasure is all mine sir, finally great to run across you out here. And to think we were able to converse on this antique piece of equipment called the CB. Safe travels.

I’m in the shop more than driving now and liking it. The price of parts continues to shock me. I’m also disgusted with the annual fight between winter and spring. We had a pretty mild winter here but I’m still ready for it to be over but noooo it wants to hang around like an unwanted girlfriend.
