This is a crappy situation and I feel lousy for the OP. Seems like all one can do is to continue being VERY good at the job and maybe doing more shopping at the Grocery Outlet.
I applied to that Blaine company when I decided to go OTR. They contacted me and blah blah blah for, I dunno, 2 weeks? Meantime I heard from a local mom and pop 5 truck company. Did an interview, went well, and I was loading lumber for Fontana the next day. Really lucky.
Medical has had me out of the game for a couple of years but I'd still be with them if it was possible.

No the opposite, company ‘changed direction’ and entered into a whole different endeavor, employee number went from 40 or so, to now approaching 300.

‘Trucking’ or as they call it, ‘the logistics division’ is actually a small portion of the overall employee workforce.

Only you can weigh the pros and cons of leaving. As so many carriers are shutting down right now snd rates being in the tank, unless you have a guarantee someone where else, I would pout for a minute, suck it up, and keep truckin and maintain some income.

Do "trans womxen" also get paid maternity leave?
Have you considered identifying as pregnant and collecting it yourself?
In "The Left Three", no one can question your subjective experience!

####! you can't even say "####" here? #### it, that is just #### silly!
Why not "auto correct" this blasphemous tetragrammaton to "darn", or "tetragrammaton" for that matter.

Dude! $1,180 take home and NO benefits is outrageous. Just move on, so many better companies are hiring.
I love Oregon, it is a beautiful state, but there are other beautiful states with no state income tax.
