Yea normally the truck does 5500 to 7000 a week. So 5k for over the weekend woulda been huge. I've done as high as 8k an change in a week to the truck before.

Just had a first time experience -- some lady in the passenger seat of another truck threw her flip flop out the window at me as they were passing lol. I'm not sure why. I've only gotten a couple one finger salutes from four wheelers in my few years out here and maybe one or two trucks. Only thing I can think of is they're mad a slower truck passed them while they were putting around at 60mph in a 70mph zone for no apparent reason.

I thought it was awesome though. Not every day you get to see a flip flop tumble down I-35 at 70mph. Along with knowing they instantly regretted being shoeless after throwing it lol

Looks good. Those red tip lug nut covers are a nice touch. I like the simple, polished, and clean look of it

I plan to get hubcaps for the rear hubs with red reflector centers as well. Walcott is supposed to be checking to see if they can get them or not. Got a light project for it in the works as well.

Should be a fun morning tomorrow. Double stacked pallets and all was in order from the back when opening doors at this McLane. Apparently four shifted/got rejected. No idea what direction since they put them back in all directions, but safe to assume they were on the bottom. I probably would've opted for more than one round of shrink wrap, but I'm sure countless other drivers have delivered without issue, and I'm captain of the ship, so I'll take the fall for this one. No stand out moments on the drive today though. What a fun weekend 20230917_211718.jpg

Simply take pictures send them to dispatch and tell Robert and Travis that you had no driving events it should have caused it and they'll be fine with it. Don't take the blame for something that you didn't cause if you didn't have any slam on the break events or hard curves or turns that would have caused it.

Besides that doesn't look damaged it just looks shifted. I hate that when customers won't take it just cuz the packaging looks a little wrinkled.
