    Got notified this morning that FedEx shutdown today and probably tomorrow. I was scheduled to do a Memphis turn and an Olive Branch turn. Instead, I’ll be holed up relaxing getting paid while I admire this view. IMG_5634.jpeg IMG_5639.jpeg

    My highlight of the day. I’m parked at the Pilot in Jackson in the car parking lot. Around the corner of the Dennys is the gas pumps. I notice what I thought was steam coming from the roof of Dennys, when the local fire brigade showed up with lights flashing and sirens screaming, I got my winter survival gear on and strolled over to the front to see the action. Just a car on fire, at the gas pumps. I decided it wasn’t that important to me and went back to the truck so I could give myself some space in case it all went kaboom.
