Definitely helped that we had those short few months of driving experience. But werner will pair you up if you dont have a partner Werner counted our experience individually so on the pay scale we had 8 months experience instead of 4
If you're coming to Werner keep your expectations low. You won't get to pick your truck like they say you do. The truck won't have a refrigerator like they say it does. You might get to pick between two internationals. They might make you drive a rental car from Phoenix to Dallas to get a truck. They might put you on a dang bus. As far as color. Old baby blue, white, or dark blue.
