It's the same as when California was the only state that required catalytic convertors on new cars. People in California would go to Oregon, Nevada or Arizona amd buy a new car WITHOUT a catalytic convertor and bring it back to California..
a properly maintained 2006 or newer truck will stay at or above 170° with a outside air temp of 0° at low idle.. my 2006 and my 2015 both do
That there is a thermocant crypack. They are natorious for blowing head gaskets. A WELL MAINTAINED one should only smoke at startup if at all.
that thing dont look healthy , maybe looks like that when first cranked but even then that dont look right .
Did it for about 10min. The day before different truck parked on the other side of me did the same thing. Ever time it started smoke would roll between his truck & trailer fir 5-10min I see it all the time
Doesnt mean they are all like that. Just because you have one chicago special doesnt mean every other unit is like that. That thing likely has bad rings, a blown head gasket or something else equally wrong.
in CA you can buy generators dictated to you by the commies. that's simple buy outside of ca and they can't say anything though i'm sure they will try. in ca when buying a generator you have to pay an extra fee just because it has a freaking gas engine. i heard speculation that ca will get you for idling an apu also!!! how true that is who knows. that's simple give ca the two middle fingers!!!
nothing saying you can't buy a genny oustide of commieforina and pay a friend ship it to you. from what i heard there's nothing they can say in them cases he sells me all of my gensets. remember the the climatards want everything electric!!! can't wait to see how that pans out
