    What a lovely city...

It apparently doesn't matter how big your lock is. I was in a well lit what I thought to be a safe area.

So as not to get banned I will not post my thoughts on what demographic I feel was responsible for this.

Must of had a big pry bar. LOL

Holy hell, yea they were determined to get inside for sure!!

Years ago I hauled microfoam in big rolls up in Queens & the Bronx, was not uncommon for someone to jump out in the alley and ask what I was hauling while driving along looking for my delivery address….

Best I can tell just a single case of frozen breakfast sammich'z. Receiver never wrote it up probably didn't notice. I'm tall enough to see the top of the pallets on the tail, that's how I noticed.

I guess a roll of micro foam wasn’t worth stepping into the plow dirt with a big hillbilly? Lol.

Lol..!!! I was in my 20’s back then. I was driving this old KT Cummins powered Shaker during that time. Could only get 15 rolls of foam in a 45’ box, was used for packaging of some kind. O’l shaker never knew it was back there since a load only weighed about 3200 lbs…..

You are lucky you were not killed.

We have put Memphis on the do not haul to city, the only one.

We lost a lot of money going there with losses from trailers being broken into and had drivers robbed.

The cops don't even give a crap, the last two times we have issues there, they didn't even come out.

I've been robbed there, as has my cousin and other family members. I feel safer in the worst part of Detroit in the 70s than Memphis ever.

F west Memphis. Can smell that ####hole from 20 miles away. I try to avoid it for fueling. Few times I’ve stopped it was pouring rain and could still that nasty place. I feel dirty just driving through.

It’s got so bad in Memphis in the last few years that many companies who deliver cars to the airport have instructed drivers to call the police first. The police supposedly watch your rig while you unload on the street. I don’t deliver there anymore but it isn’t a safe town to be in from what my friends who routinely deliver there tell me. It could always be worse, Miami they steal the entire rig if it’s a Pete.
