Sounds more like either road rage. A suicide attempt or the drivers knew each other. Most people know oxygen goes BOOM when lit. So trying to light esentially the worlds largest pipe bomb for insurance seems unlikely
Well he probably had a “death wish” (suicide by cop/truck). Not so much a possible payout for himself but maybe any family. Aaron Hernandez tried the same thing when he hung himself.
