Something indigenous must have happened where the 60 meets Patton Road ( Main drag in here ).

It was getting to be quite the street vendor place in the fields on Patton. Pretty much everything you could think of, and about half a dozen food stands. Tires, tools, appliances, hay, every manner of landscaping stuff, clothes, tack.

Now it's all gone. And there are signs threatening castration.

The OM thinks the bulk ammo vendor probably lead to a firearms vendor, and somebody was not pleased, so now it's all gone.

I wasn't even sure I was turning on the right street cause there was so much stuff going on there.

Two pork shoulders are six hours in to the twelve hours of first round of smoking. Pit Boss is set to 180 and at 12 hours will pull and wrap them in foil and put back in for 6 more at 210. For flavor just kosher salt and corse ground black pepper. I was out of MSG till I go to the Asian mega supper center on Saturday. Forgot to say the pellets are the cheapest (Pit Boss) blend of hardwood pellets available at the Mart That’s Wall.
