    Man I've been trucking for over 25 years and I've got more than 2 million safe miles behind me. I've got a good attitude and always have no matter what hurdles I faced but I'm not drinking cool aid from anywhere. Do you seriously think I can't judge a good company from bad? Come on brother....

    Communicate. It's a foreign concept with a lot antisocial drivers who think everyone can read their mind. If there's a curfew everybody involved in a move like this knows it or they should know it. You should ask them beforehand to see if they know their ### from a hole in the ground or not. Pick up the phone and talk to somebody to make a reasonable appointment time so the curfew all of a sudden aint an issue. The devil is always in the details.

    Why is it every time I cover something different, the return load I have set up always cancels:banghead:

    which board should I use dat or TS? I’ll have to reactivate for the month

    You think I don't call people? I run my show better than 99% of guys out here and I'd put my #### up against anybody at anytime. I'm one of those people that makes #### happen rain snow sleet hail.. That's the reputation I build every single place I go. Ask anybody Ive ever worked with out here. Whether I run for myself or someone else I bring the same attitude... besides, curfews aren't just in 1 place. They exist in every butt #### metro area in the country...maybe go run open deck for a couple days before u start thinking u know how to do anything we do.. It is not the only problem that split sleepers would help, I simply listed it as a way to show how more flexibility in logs would help a situation...somehow that went way over your head but I'm the dumb ### right ?

    Both suck in my eyes. With that said I had more luck with DAT. I like the TS set up better but doesn't mean anything if you can't get any decent loads from either one. I canceled them last year since I only used them for rate lanes for the most part.

    Ended up finding a truck load for one of the LTL customers, doesn’t pick up until Thursday to deliver Monday though due yo the 4th, so reload a shuttle back to the dock and reload my usual north bound. I was trying to be home for some of the weekend but oh well, I now remember why I said I wasn’t going west anymore unless I went all the way to the coast, will wind up being the same time out now for less money

    Don’t feel bad, I had two weeks vacation planned starting the 3rd..I’m en route to Kent, WA now :(

    Trying to tell myself that another Independence Day in the truck won’t be too bad..probably need a bottle of tequila for that happen, haha

    Whow, sounds like what happened to me last week. I'm glad I found something back to the East home. I figured this week would be a mess with the Spot market however rates seems to be up on some good loads. Trust me, things will be better in the next couple weeks.
