When it comes to anti-truck types, statistics and in particular TRUTH do not matter. I remember a couple of years ago when CRASH was confronted with the two studies that have shown 70% of all car/big truck crashes are 100% the fault of the 4 wheeler driver; their reaction was basically "we don't care, trucks are causing death and mayhem and we want the hours of service curtailed, period". In other words, if it doesn't promote our agenda we'll ignore it and shout from the rooftops for others to do the same. Insert your favorite Nazi propaganda slogan here, such as "yell something loud enough and long enough and it becomes fact."
Well as long as Obama & his Storm Troopers are in power it will only get worse. Look at everything they have done & see who has reaped the rewards. Big Banks, Unions, Political favors, etc. Nothing has been done for the working people of this country. The big push to legalize illegal immigrants is to get votes in return, just like the welfare crowd. It makes no sense that there are 4th or 5th generations that have lived off of welfare their whole lives.

JohnP3, I am well aware of who Joe Rajkovacz is & who/what OOIDA is & does. I am simply stating my beliefs as to the problems with my country & politicans. Seeing as you are from BC I guess you are in favor of more government control of your life & business. I was fighting these same battles 20 years ago over enforcement, higher fees & taxes on the trucking industry, lumpers, etc. That is why I made the choice back then to not deliver freight to or from California, New York, etc. This is a public forum (or so I thought). Smart ##### remarks serve no useful purpose & only verify the ignorance of the people who make them.

We have very right wing government hear in BC and federally. They talk about balanced budgets and have all the fancy sayings just like the Republicans do. what they do is give everything away to the privileged few and we have a Goods and services tax, that is the right wing code for transferring the complete tax burden off the rich and companies to everyone else. Federally when the conservatives came in, it was within days they gave away the store and we went from a surplus to a deficit. Having someone come on with the list of saying written out by the Frank Luntz group. Everyone wants to make money, and have a good life for there children, make a list and show me one thing that the Republicans/ Conservatives, did and paid for. I really like it that you enjoy paying three times more for health care than everyone else in the world pays for a rating of what 29th. The Republicans, during the campaign blabbered about babies born by parents not citizens and how they should loose there citizenship, then the talk about Bobby Jindal, as a presidential candidate. They passed a bill in Colorado about Sharia law, that is a great way to bring out the brain dead. Just print out a list of things that are better after 8 years of George and 6 years they had full control. Let me start it A 1% wage increase for the American Male. 10% for females. 1.8 million more people employed in 8 years.
