I'd like to see some data on that info you provided...I don't think a truck would roll over losing one...

1 will not make it roll, but like I said if one of the tires on your front drive axle or you front tandem axle it will often blow out the tire directly behind it, a SS blowout it much more violent then a dual because there is a much larger piece of rubber flying off.

The super single crap was pushed several years ago. After companies saw what the real cost was, they disappeared for 20 years or so. They only appeared after fuel got close to $5.00 gallon. Does anyone really think a tire company will introduce a tire that will be less expensive to run as far as tire cost? Any fuel saving will soon be eaten up in tire cost and roadside service. It I blow a tire, I limp to the next tire place. I have driven about two thousand milers with an axle singled out. When a SS goes, you sit.
