Fired on the spot

My brother just started working for crst malone and that p.o.s. Truck they gave him quit on him. So his trl got stuck on a soft shoulder and fired him on the spot. What kind of company is this.

 

Sounds like there might be more to the story.

Was he leasing a truck, or driving for a fleet owner who was leased onto CRST Malone?

 

He was leasing a p.o.s from crst and was on his 4th load and fired him at davenport.

 

Well, my bro said that the truck he was leasing, was cutting off on him while he was driving. He was on the back road in nebraska and pullover on the shoulder. Which turn out to be a soft shoulder so when he tried to drive off, that when he got stuck.
