Great topic! I love CB's and talking on them for fun and business. Nothing better than going on the side and BSing down the road. It sure makes the miles fly by.
Just a little question to all you truckers out there, Do you still use trucker language ? (e.g. Come in red falcon, this is rubber duck, what is your current 10-20 ?) Do you all have code names ? if so, do you pick your own name ? I watch too many trucker movies
Yes you do....but people still have CB handles and use the lingo that go with it. There is actually a whole list of 10 codes that are used.

Haha I know thats right! I like Thanksgiving and Christmas when everyone in my family gets together. All the guys are truckers so we swap stories. Alot of em start with "You ain't gonna believe this ####" and with Shakey runs somewhere. Sometimes you slip up and call someone their handle at the dinner table.. Hey Highpockets.. pass me the potatoes... Everyone is pretty used to it now though.
